Rules & regulations:
Entrants will supply their own grills ( if grilling, tables, chairs, Canopy tents if desired), tablecloths, paper towels, ingredients, cookware, etc. No electricity available.
You must be set up by 12 P.M. and move your vehicle from the area.
Your booth area will be 10 x 10. Decoration of booth is encouraged, but not required.
2 oz. Tasting cups and spoons will be provided.
All sides and desserts must be cooked prior to arrival. Preparation of meats will be done on site.
Entrants will cook a minimum of 1 (full aluminum foil) pan of rib tips/ chicken.
All ingredients must be safe for public consumption.
Judging will start at 2 P.M.
Entrants must clean their area after event is over.
